Meet the Team that gets the job done!

Jill’s background in Business management, as a Salon Owner for many years, wanted to provide Customers in the Automation Industry, “Quality of Services” that were missing. In the industry, she's collaborated with Steve, her husband, and together they formed Rottweiler Controls LLC on March, 2014. With her experience in Avant guard fashion and designer flair, she created the Rottweiler Logo that has been the highlight and complementary piece to their company. A favorite of Rottweiler’s customers is the request to have the Rottweiler t-shirt with the LOGO! Jill has many hats as the President of Rottweiler, but enjoys the challenge as an entrepreneur of seeing a company grow. She likes simple things, a hot cup of coffee, Mexican food, and family.

Stephen Gontarz, is the co-founder of Rottweiler Controls, LLC, and is an active Field Specialist. With more than 25 years of hands-on technical design, programming and start-up responsibilities in instrumentation and control (I & C) projects, Stephen has been the "Go-To" man at startup due to his extensive experience and process knowledge. Stephan's career began in the US Navy, where he spent 10 years in various positions, earning multiple certifications. Before founding Rottweiler, he worked at several System Integrators in the Phoenix Metro Area and became well-known for his superior performance and commitment to customer service. Stephen has many hobbies, by far, however, his all time favorite has been tinkering with hydroponics. In response to food, it can be a hot summers day or a blistering cold winter, Stephens favorite dessert will always be a cold fresh cut of Key-lime Pie.

Kelly Turley, has always been a team member since the inception of Rottweiler as a subcontractor. He brings a good sense of humor to the field whether in a man-lift or making terminations until his fingers bleed. Kelly, is a dedicated member of team Rottweiler, always a joy to be around. Some of his favorite activities include a good game of Golf and discussing Sports Highlights with many of our customers. He enjoys all types of food including Mexican, however, the icing on a donut with sprinkles is by far his all time favorite. He is our star-studded employee that will put a smile on your face with his impressions and voice acting abilities.

Kylie, has been a student at Chandler-Gilbert Community College studying Electrical Engineering while interning with Rottweiler Controls since 2020. Currently, Kylie possesses multiple certifications for HMI programming in Ignition and the Wonderware industry. So far, her hopes for the future is continuing her education with Rottweiler and pursuing a Computer Science Degree, with emphasis in Cybersecurity, either at ASU or the University of Phoenix. Not only that, but she has also demonstrated interest in becoming an aspiring industrial-electrical panel designer and builder for Rottweiler. Kylie is an extremely diligent worker, paying attention to the finest of details and always aims for excellence 110% of the time, every time. What makes us proud to have Kylie here on team Rottweiler is she is a self-taught hobbyist that takes charge. Anything that the company needs or requires from her, she researches even when the inquiry is out of her scope, i.e. Advertisements, Social Media, Website. She is always there and always wanting to learn! Kylie's favorite treat: Vanilla Ice Cream with a nice Hot Cup of Coffee.

Our love for Rottweilers as a loyal family companion, have inspired us to name our company after them. Ms. Macy, has now achieved thirteen years of age, extremely intelligent as ever and there is not a single gate that she cannot escape. Her hobbies include, digging holes, eating palm trees, collecting a vast repertoire of rocks, and begging for a decent belly rub. Ms. Macy's favorite food - Anything. Ms. Holly, built like a tank with a heart of gold has an undying loyalty to serve and protect her family. Ms. Holly, is turning seven and her favorite hobbies include, going for long walks, getting the executive treatment, a bubble bath, and sneaking dog treats out of the companies treat-bin. Her favorite food - Tomatoes & Watermelon.
